- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
- You will retain access to all subscription features until the subscription period ends.
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Refund eligibility: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not used more than 20% of your included credits, you may request a full refund.
- After 14 days or if usage exceeds 20% of included credits, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
- Your access will continue until the end of your paid subscription term.
- One-time credit packs are consumable digital goods.
- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been used.
- Once any credits from a pack have been used to generate a floor plan, that pack becomes non-refundable.

- If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. No refunds will be issued for the first billing cycle if you forget to cancel the trial.
